To me i really dont understand this concept. If you have something that sounds like it has a turbo it should run like it has a turbo not a turtle / snail car that sounds fast but isnt.

me and my buddy split one of those on ebay to mess around with it. it was 15 shipped. it is so shitty. you can barely hear it. its been on my moms explorer for 2 weeks. ha ha. very fun to play with
