Got the new Corsa exhaust put n the cobaltSS. Here is a video taken today behind the shop. Resulted in a very long 2 wheel burnout!

The Video is prob making it seem alot louder than it is too .

Nice , cant wait to get this kit on my car with the exhaust . Hopefully by the end of the month . I live up in South bend , so I'll prolly just drive down to you to dyno tune .

 

It sounds louder than average for 2 reasons, no cat and it was done next to block building. Reminds me of my tuned pipe 1/5th scale R/C race car

I was going to slow in 2nd and dropped the clutch and it smoked the clutch. It is still drivable though. Be prepared to buy a clutch with whatever power adder kit you go with!

I'll post a pic of the massive long 2 wheel marks left from that demo!

I think it sounds good at first, but is it me or does it sound like the car farts at the end? Like it sits on a woopi cushion or something? I mean at the very end of the video.

Yea, i was bouncing off of the rev limiter hard as i went past the camera and pushed in on the clutch and nailed the brake. Any stick car will burbble a little under those conditions.

I can't wait to get rid of the stock air cleaner now so i can hear the SC whine!

i was in the car well this happened......great sound very different from the normal 4 cylinder noise.......we left a nife 100 foot burn out cuz we couldnt hook up.......clutch is def. gone time for that spec stage 2+ we talked about

 

man i was sorta thinking the same thing... It could have been the sound bouncing off the near by building anymore. I still think we need another video, which Chevypowered SHOULD be posting tonight in the other corsa thread.

Hopefully that'll give us a better idea on how this thing really sounds.

 

Agreed. I really like the corsa but that thing just farted, really surprised at that.
