I placed an order early friday morning and have not heard anything since I placed it. It has been in processing mode since I have placed the order. It is at the 2nd processing step. I contacted zoomer, however he was misinformed, tired, or misread information. Does anyone know when they open so I can call them?

I do understand this. I am just trying to make sure that it gets shipped today. I really need these headers by wednesday as my shop is installing them on this date and they hate it when people reschedule.

Hopefully I get a response back within a reasonable amount of time. Are both of there numbers usually busy at all times, or is there a specific set time they open? Its 9:23 central time here.

yea but ups is 3-13 days i bought the cf insert for the highrise wing from cobalt addiction i got trackin the next day and it took 13 days for me to get it so good look

it depends when they ship it slowbalt....i get products from zzp ground UPS in 2 days and i'm farther than he is away

When I ordered my steering wheel gauge pod and interceptor through cobalt addiction I had no problem. I had my interceptor here within 3 days, the gauge pod within either 4 or 5. Was to excited to check the Post Office box which they shipped the gauge pod to PO box, but anyways, I was to excited because I had a bunch of other goodies.

cause the aeroforce comes straight from aeroforce not cobalt addiction only the pod would have came from cobalt addiction

wow people buying stuff on at the end of the week going into the weekend expecting things to get there within 3 days when all they did is pay for basic ground shipping. figure banks dont process money on weekends so thats one reason why the order is still in process. if u were in a hurry you should have paid for extra shipping. like next day or something that way u would have it tomorow.

u realize ur contradicting ur self right? ur in no rush for it to get to u but u want it shipped out today cuz u live close to the warehouse thus assuming u'll get fast. theyre not going to ship something out if ur bank hasnt paid them yet. that would be stupid cuz if theres a mis communication between the bank and they dont recieve the money then theyre SOL right? check ur bank or credit card or what ever to see if the withdrawl has been made, then i can see no reason why it shouldnt be shipped out today. but never assume since you live so close that it will get to you faster. i've had things that were shipped to me to me from within 100 miles and it take longer then 3 days. all about holdups.

I am still not contradicting myself by needing them here now and wanting them to ship today. If they get here today, or wednesday i dont care. I just want them to SHIP today. I am tired of e-arguing with you its to early for this stuff. All i care about is my package getting shipped out today. I will update this thread and let you guys know how it goes. Until I hear something, I am done posting.

Update: Currently on the phone with them. Sounds like the reason for a possible delay was because my Ship to address and Bill to address are not the same. The lady I am talking to is very helpful and very respectful and it sounds like this will be shipped today.

update: Still on the phone, basically it sounds like since my shipping address is different then my billing address they wanted some type of "verification" that I was who I was before they shipped anything out.

update: As I was typing this, I was let known that it would ship out today, and he has a 2 day ship on this so it will be here by wednesday. Great!!

he was curious when he'd get his product that he needed by wednesday asked for help when to get in touch with zzp and when others had their products shipped an how long it took to get them

cause he ordered something late friday and was upset cause it was processed on the weekend and forsome reason he thinks theres a problem with zzp serivce cause he didnt tracking over the weekend...and only paypaid for ground shipping and expects it by wensday

Actually I bet you all I get it tuesday with ground shipping LOL. The reason I made this thread is because zoomer originally said that there was a problem with my order. They don't like it when the shipping address and billing address do not match. I ordered my stuff EARLY friday morning. Roughly 3am, and it was processed at 9am. It stayed that way until sunday night and worried me. I tried to contact them but couldn't. I didn't realize they were closed.

Anyways long story short, they "verified" I was who I was, and shipped out my package ups ground at 5something Pm on monday. The expected delivery date is for tuesday june 17th. I am pretty sure it will be here by wednesday.

Bad part is, I rescheduled my header install until thursday because I am having them do some other things for me also.

PS: Remember I am having shops/friends do work because my back is broken and I am ill.

I will update this thread later on today to let you know if I received the package or not. It might be late later on tonight because I have things to do, but I will update it, and then it can be forgotten.

I do agree ZZP has great customer service when they are open and or when there phones are not busy. I am very glad that this product was shipped out on monday.

UPDATE: Just wanted to let everyone know that the package was shipped via ups ground on MONDAY and I got it on TUESDAY. Thanks ZZP!! I will be having the shop installing these header/downpipe/cat today and will let you all know how it goes!

Let me just say you will shit yourself when you get it put on! We installed MrPhoto103's on this morn and he loves it! The only problem I had wa the top bolts, since the 1.75" primaries are much bigger than the stock mani, you have to use an open-end 13mm wrench and get them tight. Everything else was pretty much plug-n-play! Thanks once again Zooomer and ZZP!!!!!

I got home really late last night around 5am, and that was without sleep the night before. I missed my appointment at the dyno shop, but I am going to call them at 9am tomorrow and see what time they can get me in tomorrow. I KNOW they will be able to get me in to do my header/downpipe/cat, but hopefully they can do my springs also.

PS: Remember the reason I am having shops/friends help/do my work is because I have a broken back and I am in massive pain, and I am recovering. Thanks guys.
