Edit: upon furthur review the only way this is illegal is if the person is charging extra for the songs. Selling the ipod as is with songs on it is completely legal.

Your input is noted(also if you read the auction all songs were purchased legally and can be transfered to up to 5 computers per itunes)(the songs were just unlocked so it would be easier to transfer. Im not charging for the congs so its not illegal if you would like to get technical, since all songs were paid for on itunes)
