Just wanted to let people hear a little story.
I, awhile ago purchased a part from AllEcotec.com. Now the part was not in stock so Karo had to order it thru the company (which I shall not mention the companies name for certain reasons). The company took 2 weeks to get the standard shipment to Karo and low and behold my part was not amongst the items in the shipment. Karo called the company in question to be told "oh, we don't sell that part any more." This is a course after the order was placed and been in the system for two weeks knowing this discontinued item was on order the company failed to contact Karo giving him this info. Instead he had to contact them to find out what was going on. Bad bussiness practice on nameless companies part imo. Now Karo calls me and tells me the situation and whats going on. He asks me what I want to do about it. I informed him there was an upgraded version of the part (the new version so to speak) that I wouldn't mind getting instead thou it was close to twice the price of the original part. He says he'd jump on that.
I just spoke to Karo the part is shipping today and I got it for a considerably cheaper price then anywhere else as he felt bad for the trouble (despite my telling him I didn't want to short change him :lol:) and my word of advice to any wanting to buy from Allecotec.com..................................do it!
Karo is great guy took good care of me as a cutomer and I couldn't be happier!
