I am in no way bashing, just some constructive critisisim.

i am in the prosess of installing your TWM shortshifter for the 2.2/2.4. steps one-eight went smooth with some minor errors (instrustions say 12mm socket when really it needs a 13mm socket)

now i am to the point where you have to disconnect the shifter it self. you instructions are not detailed at all and pictures lack what needs to be there. so far what i think is the black plastic ring has been broken and the clip holding the shifter down. i am very dissapointed in the lack of detailed instructions that came with the shifter and that are provided on your website. paying close to 200 dollars for a shifter, i expected a little better quality in how to assemble it.

great product TWM, poor, poor way to illistrate how to install it.

You, I actually called customer service and they were more than happy to help me.

I highly doubt they are going to check this website JP...

same thing with B&M's install instructions. someone might as well have shit on a white piece of paper and took a pic of it with those horrible black and white pictures. i pretty much said fuck it and winged it. lol

my B&M was a pain in the ass cuz some pieces were upside down on stock assembly lol. luckily slowbalt06 saved me and figured it out.

my install was a bitch, the instructions are not very clear but the final product is amazing, if anyone wants to endure the pain of doing this i say do it, the shifter is awesome!
