stock rim question\flaking?

the inlets of my stock rims look to be flaking ish, if anyone knows what i mean, is there something i can do? or do i need to post pics to show u what i mean

bump and im a retard... no offense to slow people, i just might be slower sometimes... they look more like chips from stones on the road. can you buff them out? polish or anything?

The only thing that can be done is to have them redone. Do not attempt it yourself unless you are experienced with paint and body work and being that you are asking this question you are not. Go to a body shop because most of them (like mine) have wheel repair companies that they work with. IT costs anywhere from $100- $140 per wheel and they come back looking brand new.

ok update my friend told me that its just tar and i need some kinda crazy acid to take them off? how can i find this acid stuff?
