Any pics of a stock head off the car? Looks like from the link above that m2race grinds/shaves out the valve guides in the head... I'd like to know the valve guide length before being cut down.....

The LNF head outflows the LSJ on the exhaust side, but the LNF intake flow is terrible. They raised the floor to clear the DI injector and the result was an awful short turn radius .

well its the same head.

http://www.m2race.com/product_specs.asp?ID=5It's obviously not the same head. The injectors spray into the combustion chamber on the LNF.

Yea that's what made me sketchy on what he said. That's why I was pretty surprised.

not to be a complete dick here. shea. hopefully your cobalt stuff doesn't take as long as the spherical bushings do for the nsrt4's to get to market and shipped out. for future reference. you might want to figure out a way to get a rubber boot on them.

check the gm build books for your info you seek

We had issues with machine shops but we got a lathe and cnc on the way so we wont be at the mercy of the machine shops back up's (tooling issues, failing machines, back and forth w/ conflicting machining idea's etc). We'd be addressing all that in house thus cutting down on both pricing and wait time since we don't have to out source the jobs and be at the mercy of a busy machine shops.

Keep in mind now that they are complete and we have tons done they leave the same day one places and order and is delivered within 3-5 buisness days. Its the manufacturing that takes time....

Don't know what issues you ran into thinking you need a rubber boot so please PM me with your problem or concern and we'll take into account your set-up and issue and address it if need be. Always open for comments :)

I have had the GM build books on PDF for the longest :)

Anyone?

ZZP flow bench tested it and the intake ports flow terrible. They flow less than the LSJ head. They picked up 35 whp and 45 wtrq with their ported head on a stock turbo tuned LNF.
