View Full Version : No Communication...Can Anyone Help??

I am trying to get a response from ZZP about my Header/DP payment and they aren't getting back to me. I sent the payment on June 30th, I PM'd him on July 2nd and E-mailed him on July 4th. All I want is a response saying that he recieved my payment and an estimated shipping time. I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass or anything, but ZZP has had my money for a week now and I have heard nothing!

I would ! Not sure why your not getting a response I just placed an order and it's shipped the same day. So I would call them first thing tomorrow.

he's not gettin a response cuz he's tryin to pm zooomer on here and zooomer doesnt get on here to often. callin is the best option for gettin ahold of em or email.

I e-mailed him as well on the 4th. I'll check again tonight when I get home from work. I'll try to call if not.

Yeah I paid for mine weeks ago as well and still havent hurd anything, not even a confirmation email saying that they recieved the payment and an estimated ship time of when they may ship the S.S header and D.P.

Send the payment on June 30th +1400$ of parts.

3 email later... nothing..

the only thing I ask for is a tracking number or anything I can use (shipping number) to pay my border fees :thumbsdow :ca:

Because I know that UPS will overcharge me.. its not the first time.:thumbsdow

I called ZZP yesterday and Zooomer is on vacatation untill tomorrow which is why we haven't heard anything. The lady "Kim?" said she that Zooomer takes care of the group buy stuff on his own so she had no idea specifics.

So tomorrow we might get some replies to any emails or pm's you sent.

if you care so much to bitch about it on the internet, then pick up the damn phone

people want everything handed to them now a days and for some god unknown reason are scared to pick up the phone and just give a business a call.

thats weird....i ordered it the same day June 30th and wouldve got it ont he 3rd if i was home or firday the 4th if it wasnt 4th of july but i got it on Monday the 7th...

I work 12 hour days, so by the time I get home, they are closed. Besides, I shouldn't have to call him to find out where my header is. I should have known the day after I sent him my money when it was going to arrive to me. I havn't even gotten a confirmation that he has my money yet. For someone who is running an INTERNET business, he should be a lot more prompt on returning his customers e-mails. If you go on vacation, put someone else in charge of our e-mails or at least let your waiting customers know there is going to be a little delay.

I am going to give him until the end of this week to get back to me or I am going to file a claim with Pay-Pal to get my money back, I don't see what other choice I have. If it wasn't for the fact that he is a vendor on here, I would have filed the claim 10 days ago.

i've had no problem at all getting ahold of Zooomer. ZZp even refunded my payment in full this morning. :)

Finally got to talk with Zooomer. Looks like they are waiting a few more units to be made. He said they should be done in a few days. So anyone else that is waiting, that's why.
