Spanky's Monkey 07-19-2008, 03:46 PM what happened to $190? not digging the price jump due to interest. talk about inflation.

was 190 plus shipping and someone asked me if i would do 190 shipped and i said 210 shipped so thats the new price unless i can ship it for less that 210 shipped
but its roughly 30 bucks to ship it anywhere
Spanky's Monkey 07-19-2008, 04:25 PM okay makes sense.
Rear-Vue 07-19-2008, 09:37 PM does that widband also have the narrow band voltage as well built in? some i know have the narrow band reading for the pcm and then the widband reading for the tuning. aka 0-1v vs 0-5v
Cobalt(312) 07-20-2008, 07:34 PM does that widband also have the narrow band voltage as well built in? some i know have the narrow band reading for the pcm and then the widband reading for the tuning. aka 0-1v vs 0-5v
you can wire it to work off a narrow band system but it would be much safer to keep it as a self-sustained system so that it works by itself and has nothing else interfering with the signal so your readings are accurate.

There seem to be a ton of wires to tap; how tough is the install?
Cobalt(312) 07-30-2008, 06:55 PM There seem to be a ton of wires to tap; how tough is the install?
its not really that hard to do you can do it yourself the only tricky this is installing a resistor in the line when you wire it to your 02 sensor and i have all the pinouts and wires marked with you only needing to wire in hall style it makes it pretty simple to do if you got some time to do it, but you can tune anytime you want with this and if something starts to happen that will mess up your engine the AEM goes into a "safe mode" preventing the motor from being damaged then you can plug your computer into it and the AEM will alert you to what went wrong. Its really a great system and i wish i didn't have to sell it for literally over 60% of the price but i need the money bills bills bills!!!
