09 TC vs GTO

My ******* friend is getting a GTO, I have talked about getting one everyday twice a day for the past two years and now he is getting one! He is already talking **** on my cobalt. So how much work will I need to beat a stock 6Litre 4 speed 2005 GTO?

I must not understand completely, because there were a hell of a lot more GTO's made in 2005 than 3.

*Edit* nevermind, I see what you are saying. LS1 Vs. LS2

there were 2 gto's made in 2005 with the 5.7 LS1 motor all the rest have 6.0 litre LS2 motors. Understand now.

There are three because a guy wanted a LS1 GTO and he had it installed aftermarket.

I was gonna say the exact same thing. Even the used 6.0's can be had for the same price as a new SS/TC.

From a Dig The GTO will rape your ass. From a roll you might win but only because its an auto. Run a 6 speed GTO from a roll and you will see nice tinted taillights.

Gas is one thing, Insurance is another. but mainly I want a new car, If the GTO was going to be release for 2010 I would wait.

New cars are overated. They become used as soon as you drive off the lot anyways

There is a lot of peace of mind though knowing you are the only one who has owned your car.
Especially with performance vehicles.
