Hey guys, just saying hi. I just bought a cobalt today although I've been creepin this site for a while. I already know Kevin in regina and assume I'll be meeting some other guys pretty soon. Heres a pic I just took when I got the car today.



By the way, I'm Brett. And my only real plans for the car are tint, tinted lights, return grille to black, debadge/paint badges black and hopefully go spoilerless sometime.

If you don't like the polished look on your yellow, you can always powder coat them... (but don't paint... they flake bad... like mine do)

 

Indeed on the good home! And haha on the flaky paint. Close to powdercoating soon? Or still on the to-do list? You get a few things together for cheaper maybe?

 

i think i saw ya driving around the other night down by johnson. I'm Kevin as well and drive a yellow base balt.. all i've got time to do was tinted windows and rims tho

 

I'm waiting for Jen to get her set of grills... then we'll both get them coated at the same time.

Good choice by the way, I went for a rip in that car last year and it's how I was sold to at least get Stg 2 done. Car is clean and you will enjoy it

Let me know how the tinting goes and where you take it. That is one of the next things on my list, as well as getting ZZP to send me my damn Stainless Steel header/dp!!

Ya, same here. We really ought to get a meet going soon! There's a couple from Moose Jaw too. JSChatte and SKCobalt i believe.

 

I think someone was talking about doing a province wide meet.... like go out to a lake, meet up and hang out for a day.
