Well time is coming close for people to get time off for this. Last time the only two people that went from the site were my and Ryan and it was a good time. Lets get a few people from the site to head up to PEI for the races, we can either get a campsite or rent a cabin. So who will all want to go to this? I will start a list. I know a few people want to race their cars. I know there are more people outside of Halifax that might want to go to this so we can meet up on the drive down.

awesome, well if you find out that you can go let me know. This should be the biggest meet this summer. There was a ton of cars there last time.

my last day of work for the summer before school starts is the 29th so yah i think i am in if i can convince the GF to go she wants to camp so we will be regardless what you guys end up doing :P lol

You need to regiser in advance to race? I thought it was same as the first one they had where you pay at the door and race.

 

Oh I am getting mixed up. I was figuring you were talking about this weekend Slalom@Slemon in which you had to register before the 25th of July. But now that I see the date again, you guys are talking about a completely different weekend not this weekend.

 

wow, u scared me bro, i was getting siked for that. question for you chad, i know you have to do a burnout to warm the tires up, how much tred does 1 burnout take off the tires...mine r low as it is and they have to last me till i switch to winters

 

lol yah not this weekend. Its the races in PEI at Oyster Bed. It was a really fun last time. You going to be heading up for this in the Redline? We havent had a redline come out for a cruise yet.
Snakes you dont HAVE to do a burnout lol. Its not mandatory to do it. I dont know if I will do it lol. Its if you want to heat up your tires before you make a pass.

 

well i think i might say **** my insurance and get my turbo on this month!
was talking to clear image, we are running 10psi thru my turbo. guessing close to 300 WHP
block is good for 400 whp, and pistons are good for 280ish, so i guess my H beams will be going in as well as my pistons
was holding off til i got the motor pulled this winter. but oh well

 

lol do it up, you better get some slicks or you wont put any of that to the ground lol. Is Glubes still installing it? This should be a pretty big cruise if everyone comes.

 

I havent thought about it yet, there are no slalom races going on the weekend so maybe I can try my luck in a drag race. I am from PEI so every other weekend I am home, it definitly sounds like a good go!

jann said we can go as long as we are not at a camp ground, so i wont be partying with you guys i dont think.
as for running my car...
i doubt i will, my luck i will brake something.
