I need a set of cheep rims and good drag radials for the front only. Does anyone know what the largest tire would be that i can fit on a steelie. I am trying to find a rim that is 16-17 in. that can fit a 225 on it. Thanks.

 

I am going with a 245-45-17 Nitto 555R on a 17" x 7" wheel. 16" would be better, but barely clears the brake caliper. You might be able to squeez on a 245-50-16.

 

rims from a l200 saturn works just check on the clearence of the caliper but there the same lug paturn sabb rims do i hear junk yard!
