fuel filter troubles

ok guys well i ran into a slight problem when changing my fuel filter. I bought a set of quick disconnects and i got the two quick connect fuel lines off after depressurizing the line. but when i went to get the other end off with the quick disconnect i couldn't get it off. and well i don't want the break the metal fuel line then i'm really fucked. is there a trick to this or do i maybe have some debris in there preventing it from releasing? thank guys i'm gonna try and finish this off at my companys shop tonight. if i can.

Seb

i just did mine a few days ago you just have to get some leverage on the thing and really give it a good yank while you push the disconnect in pretty hard. I was gettin discouraged and did that and it popped right out. make sure you take the bolt out first holding that sleeve in place though so you can pull the whole assembly away from that fuel line.

so did you get it done or what?
