I took My 06 ss s/c in to get some chips in the driver door fixed at the end of Dec. 05 , When i got it bac it look like hell i could have done better with a testors model kit from wal mart. So needless to say i told them it was horrible so they said bring it bac we will repaint it.
So 2/1/06 i did , When they called me on 2/09/06 I told them i would be in on 2/10/06 which is friday morning. (When I got to the dealership i pulled the car out into the sun there was overspray all over the driver side of the car. But it gets worse the tail light lens has yellow paint on it ,there is dirt in the paint , yellow paint on the passenger & driver seat,the inside of the car smells like paint thinner where the moron tried to clean of the paint on the seats & door jam , you cant even sit in it without getting a contact high)

the seats are ruined the thinner bleeched the leather
the new car smell is gone
worst of all this isnt a primary car. & I paid for it cash

 

That sucks, Man!

 

You should tell them that you want a new car and that you are going to call your lawyer.

Makes me mad when I hear these dealership stories.

 

get a lawyer, maybe once they find out you are going to take legal action, they will fix the problem.

thats sucks man get on there back about ti and scare the crap out of them telling them ur goign to call GM and get your lawyer involved if they dont do something soon about it!

 

Where is this Dealership located? Out in the back hills in Billy Bobs back yard? That sucks man. I would have them fixt all of the damage done, or just replace the car itself.

 

Talk to the dealership manager about it. Inform him that if its not fixed in 7 days that you will be geting your atterny invalved and you will be contacting GM about it. Oh and you want all the work done at another dealer and you want to be told where the car is sent so you can call them and check on the car. You want a rental car for the entire time and they are going to pay for it. And that it will be back and they will keep giving you a loner/ rental untill you are happy with the work.

maroone is a major car dealership actually...was it the one near the sawgrass expressway? i think thats maroone...they have about 5 different manufacturers there...such as dodge n ****, just have to remember not to go there! i go to lou bachrodt.
