its everything.. but yes its a boost guage too

its basically an interceptor guage

you can still get the normal guage but this is a 295$ upgrade, worth it imo new for 09

 

Now you dont have to spend 200 on a interceptor and 300 on a wideband . This does it all.

of course this car has a stock WBo2, so all you need is the interceptor to read it.. I have the dual interceptor setup in my 08 (first 08 cobalt to get one!)

As pretty as the RPD is, Im not sure I would want one in my car. There is something to be said for normal sized gauges, and a screen that looks JUST like a GPS makes a perfect target for smash and grab.

 

I think it looks pretty cool! Now my newb question of the day....can this work with the S/C SS from '07 and earlier??

 

can this be installed on an SS/SC? i don't know if it's been discussed?

I'm not saying they don't advertise it, trust me I know first hand about this stuff, but they won't spend the same money they would on the new Traverse launch for the Cobalt SS refresh.

X2, it looks kind of tacky and out of place. Kinda reminds of a satallite radio screen!! LOL
Neat concept though GM should have made it flow better with the interior.

 

I still want to know if I don't get this option, can I add it later? Is the just a plug & play?

I think its neat but... I think that it also has a big STEAL ME! sticker printed on it.

 

I think where it plugs to in the dash, it is still there. I don't think gm is making diff. wiring harness just for this. I know the piller plastic is diff. just wonder if where this plugs to is on every SS/TC w/ or w/o the RPD display.

Can this be removed easy too? If yes hide this in the shady spots
