my new drift project

i bought this bad girl yesterday

i think its money well spent

91 nissan 240sx with sr20det red top swap. i already have the jdm front and rear bumper in my garage and ready to put it on tommorow or the day after

its a sweet car should look real good. t think the sr20det swap is overrated but thats just my opinion, u gna get the silvia front end conversion

ya i wanna do a silvia conversion. im gonna change the head lights and get some good looking jdm sideskirts. i need some sway bars too

i had a ka24det but that engine is crap for turbo, i lost compression in my 4th piston and was blowing smoke alot, yet i still beat srt-4s lol

Built KA on boost is the answer. Local guy has one, 400's on pump, 500's on race, without really pushing the car to the limits. Runs so damn good.

ya but i heard they didnt last long? i dunno, my first sr20 so if i blow a piston ring or lose comrpession, i have a buddy with a spare 97 ka24de that i can drop in or i got the old chevy 350 in my garage i can drop in lol

depends on what u want..if it isnt from japan ur better off buying from like tirerack or someting..

it drove fine, it hauled ass that i was expecting, but if any other surprises come up, i could always pull it and put it back in and make sure the wiring is good

if u got a deep pocket book then yes..but u'll learn that someone is always gonna think ur **** is rice just cuz of the fact its not american...**** people usta call my cobalt rice until i told them to stfu that it was a chevy..

crap i just looked up the rims from japan and they.....well,, they gonna kill my debit card


maybe ill just stick with 17'' gold rims with a chrome lip? should i go 17 or 18, i cant decide

well for now i just wanna give it a good jdm look, but im gonna buy some new sway bars, better shocks and struts, brembo brake system, some of those really lightweight rims with either toyo or nitto tires, better e-brake. im not going to install these until i have all of it so i can put it on all at once but ya just for now, looks
