Anyone know where I can find any? The only ones I've found so far are more pinkish than red.

Did some searching but all I could find were some "red camera stealth license ill scam you" bs.
Is it possible to buy a clear one from like walmart, or autozone, and apply red tint yourself, that way you could make it as dark, or light as you want?
Sounds like a good idea against red cobalt.

I know in some states...like here in PA the cops will bust your balls about it...But hey the tint is a good idea...Post up results if you got that road

Yeah I found a website while looking for the tinted plates, was about how they're illegal, but who cares right?

I got a ticket for smoked license plate covers (and 16% tint)...the cop gave me some story about the plates being reflective so he can see them easier, blah blah blah. He also said, at least in NY, anything but clear covers are illegal...just a heads up.

i'v bene looking since last summer for red plate covers!!! i head if you go to any dj store and by strobe light gel and get a clear plate cover it will work but i really dont think that would work too well!
