Valve Cover Question

Ok im swapping my valve covers and re-using my stock gaskets.. is there some type of glue that i need to hold the gasket on the new cover? when i took it off, it seemed to have some sort of something holding on the old cover. Thoughts?

Nope. Just tighten it down and you'll be fine.

I reused the stock gasket and I have no leaks, even with one bolt broken. lol

What are your plans? Color polish. Wish there was a material that was clear that would work. That would be the most badass thing on Earth. I digress

If you wanted to, you could get some copper RTV sealer just in case. If nothing else it will hold the gasket in place so it doesn't tweak itself on install.
