What ever happened to the teachers that would just beat the students ass for that? I had a teacher in high school that was in the Marines in Vietnam and he fought with students and other teachers. I guess you don't mess with the guy who was shot and had the bullets removed and made into a paperweight on his desk.
still trying to understand what started it. Hard to make out. Girl was on the bus when she shouldnt have been? then she wanted to get off? Either way the driver had no right to lay hands on her, thats assault. driver should have been charged.
the driver was keeping her from leaving the bus. witch is her job. the girl got in her face.. first.. got into her bubble.. it would be a different ballgame if the driver would have knocked that little bitch clean out
dont know what law u go by but just because someone is in "your bubble" doesnt give u a right to lay your hands on someone. If the girl threatend her then different story...girl just wanted to get off the bus. No big deal. Only thing the girl did wrong was after the driver laid hands she went after her....could have just backed off and then charged the driver

The bus drivers only job is to transport the kids safely, once there on the bus the kids are her responsibility.
driver laying hands a student on the bus...how the hell is that safe. I agree with you about if your a parent u want your kid to stay on the bus. Because you are looking out for there well being. But you would let the driver put hands on your child? If i was the parents of that girl i would be sueing that driver. Doesnt matter how you look at it, the driver assaulted a 15 year old kid. Whether the kid wasnt doing as she is told. The driver still has no right to lay hands on her. The girl never touched her to make her defend herself

im not defending the girl. I dont agree with what the girl did. All i said is the driver should be charged with assault because she laid hands on the girl for no reason. I've taken an officer safety course with my company i worked for and i work alot of cops. I know what you can and cannot do. Because the girl was being an ass-clown doesnt give the right to touch the girl. Only thing the driver can do is block her path of the girl trying to leave and wait for help to arrive. If the girl tried to do something to the bus...which she didnt...then the driver can prevent her from doing so. But at the point where she laid hands on the girl...The girl didnt do a damn thing yet, except say "let me off the bus" No reason why 60 year old driver had to put her hands on a 15 year old girl.
