Meth vs. Exhaust.... Help!

Hey everyone... Well i have this pacesetter cat-back, which sounds crazy loud, and isnt probly doing me any good...

I was going to get a vibrant exhaust (unless someone can find me a 3" for abou 450 bucks new or used)... but i really had my mind set on meth and a tune...

I woudlnt be able to get a tune for a few weeks, so thats why i think im leaning toward a new exhaust, but is it really neccessary?

I guess teh question is that is this pacesetter too sucky to have with the meth injection (with a tune so i can get power outta it).. and should i go with a better system?

the pacesetter is a 2.5 mandrel w/ hi flow. its just not stainless, and thats y it sucks for people who see snow. its cheap so you get what you pay for but it will do just fine. the biggest restriction is the header/dp ... the dp is the worst w/ the kink in it. get meth and a tune.

just through a resonator on it because i know someone with that exhaust and it didnt have one.

he put the whisper resonator on and it honestly sounds decent.
he also has the zzp header/downpipe catless so you would sound similar then
