butt marks in seat

butt marks in seat

i have noticed in alot of cobalt SS's that have the leather seats there seems to be 2 butt cheek marks where peolpe sit...is this the leather getting streached and is it covered in the warrenty?

leather stretches and shrinks depending on heat levels. its one of the things you have to deal with when you have leather. no dealer will ever warranty it. lol

LMAO that's just too funny. Sorry, but it's the same idea as taking your car to the dealer because your car gets dirty. A seat is a 'wear and tear item' so sorry junior no warrenty will cover it. You can always try some leather treatment to see if that help any. Or if it bothers you too much, take the seats out and use milk crates

Also depends on your dealership...Honestly, I think most dealerships will look at you funny when you go to them and say, "My butt cheeks have worn into the leather...Can I get them replaced under warranty?"
