ahh they are vinyl? so that way if the eyelids dont look good against my victory red, i am just peel them off.

any scratches or blemishes?

ya there is some scratches from where i had to cut the vinyl off of the headlight.. IOW if you take off the vinyl they will have some minor scratches. i suggest these to a blackbalt.

im just saying, without the eyelids these headlights are trash.. you said yourself that you cut the vinyl right across the headlight, meaning there is a scratch along the edge of it.

sorry i dont want to get low balled... and i need to make some money off of these. I can also throw in the 9007 10000k HID bulbs that i had for them included for 90 shipped.

you will need the balasts to hook them up. they are single beams and after you get the balasts all you have to do is plug em in. i will include all wires to the balast, you will just need to get 2 balasts. you can get two balasts at vvme.com for about 65 bucks shipped for 2.
