There's a guy in the Poniac Grand Prix forum has a Fiero with a 3.8 supercharged v6. I saw the car and it's sweet. He claims it runs in the 12's.

my cousin bought mine off me and has put a L67 in it, that thing is a beast you figure your doubling the power of a car that weighs nothing, and thats without modding it, he has it apart again he said he is shooting for 400-450hp

I'm an old ager on www.fiero.nl, just in case anyone is interested in the car.

Is your cousin on the Fiero Forum at all?

I'd love to buy one again and shove an LSJ into there.

I've heard that with a V8 Archie Kit and an LS1 you can hit ludicrous speed...

Sounds to me like he hasn't a GT?

The aero bumpers are very notorious for lifting that front end at high speeds.

I remember when I had mine, took it out on the highway with skinny tires and she was dancing around all over the place!

its one of the lovely fastbacks, i loved it, just got my laser rs-t for a few hundred and it was cheaper on insurance and put 210hp to all 4 wheels, lol....well that and the fact that the motor was knocking really bad...something about being 16 and hammering the thing to its death but oh yeah ive heard a few fieros that do that, my dad always joked that when they were making them he kept telling them to put wings on it so it will fly down the highway

fieros are found by luck for the most part, either that or in someones garage....i bought my first fiero at a junk yard then sold it for my fastback....you can find them around just have to look really hard and know your going to have to work on it for quite a while unless you get lucky

They run 13.3s with a stock 3800S/C.

I know a guy in Ontario with a 350 TPI in his. now THAT is one STUPID fast Fiero. easy 11's with the right tires.

Unless you live in AZ, they are pretty easy to get here. My brother had a Fiero GT.. can't remember the year. It had the 2.8 V6, pretty fast. I never got to drive it, he wrecked it before I moved back from Canada.

They are really getting hard to find, especially ones that have been taken care of for a reasonable amount of money...

Stupid kit car manufacturers.

I used to have an '85 2M4. I LOVED that car! Bought it from a junkyard for $500 and lovingly put it back together.

Man could that thing corner! I wouldn't even slow down for turns. People looked so surprised when I was driving right beside them in the right lane and then suddenly, I'm gone.

I have fond memories and a small place in my heart for that car, but life goes on and it has been completely eclipsed by the SS/SC. There's really no comparing the two, the SS is in an entirely different league.

SS in a different league? Tell that to the owner of this Fiero.

http://www.fiero.nl/forum/Forum1/HTML/025670.html

I would have to say the SS is in the Minors compared to this car.
