nah man that stays with you over here in NJ the insurance is ***** so i make sure i drive right 2 years on the road and only one written warning, some other jerk totalled my 2006 LT but what ever that wasnt my fault and it got me my 07' 2.4L
Minor moving violations stay on for three years, as do at-fault accidents (at least in CO).
DWI's stay on for 5-7 years, depending on the circumstances
DUI's stay on for ten years
DUID's (Driving under the influence of drugs) are a criminal charge too, but for insurance purposes in CO it's the same as a DUI.

Juvenile Records are sealed. NON-Public Access. We cant even give out information to the FBI without a Judges docket entry or Order.
So to all the stupid people that got denied a job/apartment because they told them that they got in "trouble", should of never said a word.
