clutch was $746 from TTR and $250 on ebay for the flywheel

I would HIGHLY recommend replacing the slave/throwout bearing while you are in there, and if you really want to be sure of being problem free, replace the master as well. The extra stiff fingers of some of the aftermarket clutches can wreak havoc on the clutch hydraulic system.

its not really how many miles are on the car. its how many times the clutch has been engaged/disengaged. which is about 3-4 times per mile. so lets say 3.25/mile

28,000 miles(giving that you joined in january of '07= 91,000 +/- a few thousand engagments/disengagements.....thats a lot.

it started slippin rate after i got it tuned figure i would replace it now b/c in the spring in puttin on at tvs

Replace the TOB. It takes a couple minutes and its so easy. Do you really want to drop the whole cradle and tranny again to replace a 80$ part.
