Yeah 07 2.2l. LS2Edit works great. It's not fully tuned yet, so I'm only running 2 psi lol...But, you can still feel that even. It's pretty wicked actually. It's fully custom. The manifold in that pic isn't what I'm using though lol. I got a turbo and manifold from speed mafia for a great deal. I spent around a grand all together. The turbo isnt the one in the pic either. That's a teo4h, the one I'm using is a tdo4 it's got better clearance.

yeah, I did all the work, fabrication, welding the whole thing. I know it inside and out. I have huge amount of pressure loss the intercooler is huge lol. I need to make a boost controller. I make almost everything myself if at all possible. Thanks for the props. It took too long. About a week. I had to work on it after work until dark, then on my weekend. Misc. things that slowed me down too.

I was only running 8 psi on my Grand Prix and that got me from 205 HP to 300HP. With proper tuning, oversized valves, and some other stuff. Overall I spent 4K on the thing to get 95HP. Sometime I regret it but it was fun

that cast manifold, is that a T25 Flange and if so, did you make a TD04 - T25 flange adapter? or did you do a hot side swap on the turbos?

one more, is the td04 turbo you are using have the "triangle flange" like on the subarus?

I had about that much into my SRT4. I only regret having to get rid of it. I loved that car. My ex wrecked it 3 times.

Very astute sir. Yes it was a swap. Actually to be honest the turbine and housing are teo4h and the compressor side is the tdo4.

And no triangular flanges.

Yeah i just noticed in the picture that the one turbo hot side is off.....now i'm just waiting to get my hands on a welder so i can finish fab on my manifold (just got to weld a flange on) and i can proceed. So, how was the LS2 Edit? Pretty user friendly or a pain in the ass lol?

Thanks, I don't like half assing anything. I know, I need a find someone with a cam. I would have done it today if I had one. If I can find one, I'll do it asap.

Sadly, the ls2edit is ass in the way of user friendly. But, it's the best thing I've bought for this car. And, i'm learning slowly how to use it. I bought my welder from lowes. Can't remember how much it was, but it wasn't much. You see the experiment I did on the stock mani in the pics? lol I laughed the whole time making it. It was just for fun. But, it did work. I tested it. and the turbo fit nicely on it too.

And the snap ring on the compressor, omg! I wanted to through it down my street and run it over. It's probably a good thing I did all this my self, cause I could have killed someone several times.

And word to the wise. Don't try and drill and tap the oil drain plug, to use as an oil return. LMAO! That was funny when I did that......I mean if I did that. eh.......anyway.......It can cause oil to build and shoot out all the seals and down your exhaust. I did think it was a good idea, too bad physics was against me. The hole just too small. Happens all the time.

return line should be a -10 line, bigger than the feed, draining into the dimple in the back on the engine above the pan, or on the pan above oil level, looks good man, not show quality but for the time u put into it, it is a good job

Thanks, I think. The oil drain was a joke. I drilled and tapped the pan.

Piping from lowes, intercooler from johnnyracecar.com when they were around. Injectors came from this site. Stock ss/sc injectors and harness.

cxracing is a good place to get piping and intercooler.. they have universal packages... so you'll have to cut it up but you'll have to do that anywhere.. I actually have a **** load of piping left over from my procharger setup if you're interested.. more piping then ever needed lol ..

you'll need some couplers and clamps though there are a bunch included in all kits but usually not enough
