2.6" I believe if you have the zzp hub. Don't go below a 2.7", period. Your car will thank you.

Don't worry about that ****.

Just have grooves for the belt machined into the shaft!!

Pulley? Who needs it?

The zzp 2.6 says no machining required but I still had to sand the snout a bit to make it work.

2.0 pulley ftw. you will get 100hp and all you need is a heat exchanger. 305whp with just a pulley swap. your injectors are good for that. any lower and you will need bigger ones though.

Lowest is a 2.6" and it may require a little sanding, i ran a 2.5" and you can actually go with a 2.3" or 2.35" a few companies make them.

because a smaller pulley will only help until you hit that point of diminishing returns. I believe GM says that their 2.99 for S3 is that point. You may still see gains from smaller pulleys but its at the cost of over-spinning the blower, pushing it past its efficiency point and producing WAY more heat than intended for the stock cooling system. Not to say you can't do it or that if you do it won't be safe, just that most have agreed that pulleys ~2.7 or larger seem to be safer and/or more reliable more of the time.
