f1 all season reviews?

Anyone have goodyear eagle f1 all season tires in 225/40 and want to share how they feel about them or even if you have another suggestion for tires. Im looking for something that are decent in rain and light snow because there are days where I have to take my cobalt in light snow. I want a good performing tire with not alot of road noise for a decent price.

This is urgent due to my brand new warrantied wheels just came in from the dealership and I dont want to put bald tires on my new rims

My brother in law has them on his lowered SVT Focus and he loves them. He said they are quiet and grip well on dry and wet pavment. As far as snow... I think you will be stuck. My brother in law has 16" w/ snow tires for winter.

I was thinkin bout gettin em but i dont know anymore. A LOT of people on tirerack is complaining bout the noise and the vibrations. Some noise wouldnt really bother me b/c my radio and exhaust should drone that out, but the reviewers were saying EXTREMELY noisy.

Im thinkin bout ContiExtreme tires, especially cuz of the free GPS. Would make a nice christmas present.

What you mean sweepstakes? If you buy four tires, you get one after you fill out the rebate form.

i have them, i have also delivered pizzas in the snow with them, their terrific and great in the snow, i havent noticed any road noise because i get free balance for the life of the tire, only downfall is ull only get about 20k out of the tire and thats with ZERO agressiveness. im talkin like maybe 2 burnouts or whatever a month

i have em in a 245 40 18 and they are a dreat tire, and can be used in chicago snow, but they do not have very good treadlife, i have had them for probably around 7k miles of somewhat aggressive driving and i might be replacing them next next year sometime

I see and as for road noise everything is fine? I dont expect to get 40,000 out of them but a good 20-30k would be nice.

I think I decided on the BF goodrich g-force super sports a/s they came in at 3rd place in the overall standings and the goodyears have awful ratings when it comes to road noise. And the contis dont offer good enough performance.

I wanted to get those from costco but they only install oem size tires and they dont come in 225/45/18.
