there is another one in town that has the lettering you use on a mailbox/house to say SS..... Something in the water here.

I actually think it is a girl... I'm only hoping though

I took it in a hospital parking lot, had seen it around town a few times, I just happened to have my camera on me from visiting my wife in hospital that day. I usually keep it on me now for stuff like this.
