like the title says i want to see someone that is racing a car or just driving their car that has some sort of tune to get the feel of what it looks like

 

seriously.....there are not enough vids of these cars for the number that are on this site

 

i search and search and search for people that have bought the hahn level 5 kit and see people posting about how they just got the kit and its amazing but i can barely find any videos, and the ones i can find are shitty and at night.

 

Yeah seriously, we are desperate. Someone post like a 40-120mph speedo vid. Make us all feel like we need a tune!

 

I did but people just flamed on it. I may see about getting another *better* vid... maybe this weekend.

 

whats up with this thread? a tune for what? i can tune a stock car but it will be no faster than a stage 2 . what kind of video do u want to see with what mods

 

dark, a tuned stock car being as fast as a stage2 would be pretty cool.

free just put on a stage 2 pulley on a stock car and your good. i know 3 people thats done it for about a year and there car is fine and they rape stage 2 cars . Stonny 9 is doing it now i logg his car recently and the only bad thing is his idcs are at 154% sure people on the net gonna say hes gonna blow up soon but he races all the time and has been on that setup for about 5 months so iunno

 

btw... I'm pretty sure people are talking about tunes for TC's...

FWIW, I don't have video, but I was at the track last weekend after having self-tuned with HPT. Went 13.7xx@107.xx, which was a gain of 0.5 seconds and 3 mph from the last time when I went (stock). There's more ET with better driving. But, it's hard to screw up the mph. Not bad IMO.

I think a good comparison for this car's performance level (once it gets off the line) is it accelerates about the same as a stock LS1 Camaro or Firebird, which typically trap between 103 and 108 mph stock. So if someone is looking to make a video with a tuned SS/TC, find a friend with a stock LS1 and have a go.

 

omg im so glad some one agrees with me on this that car is fast is that a tuned tc

I'd really like to see a video of a tuned SS/TC racing too. Especially against an LS1 F-bod, a Stage 2 Cobalt SS, and a stock Termy.
