you might have seen the same one i have? i have seen this VR SS with black rims crome lip the car looks clean vary nice now it needs to be lowered lol. anyways i have seen him two times once on my way to my mom on 805 (elk run rd) and yesterday getting on 28 from 17 then tunin onto bealeton village

 

yeah this guy had stock wheels but it was really clean and sounded great.
