I have a G5 GT with 17's 205/50/17 stock, i have sportlines on as well!

my 16" winter rims just came in and was wondering if 205/60/16 will fit my car with the sportlines?

they should but your speedo will be out. you should get 205 55 16's

 

is there a way to find out how off it will be?

think i have it with these tires i am going 0.7% too fast! i am not to worries about that amount and i can get them for 89.99 CND each local

I have ran that setup during winter for the last 3 years and it's fine. Car looks great because there is NO wheel gap. I'm runnin sportlines as well

 

I have a 08 G5 GT and Im gonna get winter tires soon. Except I dont kno what size to get, that wont screw up the speedo and will still fit. You guys are talking about 205/55R16 but your also lowered, my suspensions stock. Will 205/55R16s be close enough to the 205/50R17s overall size so the speedo wont be fucked?

 

yes you will be fine with the 205 55R16's your speedo will be out .8% thats the closest you'll get to perfect.

 

Alright thanks, cause i got my tires tonite anyway. 205/55-16. put them next to my stcok tires an theyre almost the same height. im pretty sure i can just go into the PCM with a Tech2 and change the tire size anyway.
