Hey guys..

Alrighty.. So I have an SS 2.4.. It has the SS side skirt, SS front bumper without the front lip, and the special SS 2.4 rear bumper.. I absolutely want to do the front lip.. For sure.. But I'm having a hell of a time finding one.. I've seen like 2 for sale on here in the past good while.. I can't find them on eBay or anything even.. I know you can get them through GM though.. If you find the front lip used, do you need some extra clips or something too I guess..? How much are those retainer clips from GM? How much is a front lip, new, painted from GM? I don't want to do the s/c rear lip, but I'm slightly interested in actually doing the rear lip from the G5 GT.. How it's basically fat like the s/c one, but just solid, no slots cut out.. I think it'd look real hot on a Cobalt.. Anyone have pics of this set-up on a Cobalt? I'm guessing the G5 GT rear lip will clip into the rear bumper just like the s/c lip? Again, no luck finding this stuff online.. And I REALLY don't want to buy new.. HELP! lol.

can get the clips/lip there. Its been debated but no ones sure on how the g5 lip will mate up to the cobalts rear but it'd be nice of you to find out for the rest of us.

Looks like the s/c front lip is like 200 and the G5 rear lip is like 175..

Do you only need the little screws or do you need some extra retainers or anything as well? The screws were like .80 a piece.. The retainer (if necessary) is probably another like 25 bucks.. I like my 2.4 rear though.. I'd probably buy an LS rear bumper and do it to that and just sell the 2.4 bumper as-is instead of ruining the 2.4 bumper.. But I'm definately doing the front lip.. Is the 200 for a painted one? Seems like you could probably have the front lip, installed for like $250.. Correct?

ehh paint will run 100-150. not sure on install but there's a how to on here for the front lip on a 2.4. And yes you'll need the retainer clips but the how to has that info....a pretty good how to.

So those pieces are unpainted on GMPD..?
