HHO high end car at SEMA
that one comment pretty much sums it up i do not think this will be too reliable cool but not practical, high compression, high boost and explosive gas = accident
i wouldnt mind having one though

You obviously have no clue how the technology works....
... go work in the alternative energy sector for a few years... then maybe we'll talk...
They are using a similar design as what was featured in this truck;

It just so happens, that when I was working at SRC, I was working on generations 1 through 3 of that H2/gasoline injection system.

Thats great tyler.. but this car is still a scam
it cost more energy to perform electrolysis than you can get back from it.
I am completely on board with hydrogen as a fuel.. but the claims on this car are BS. I have worked in alternative energy as well.. but there is alot of room for scams in this sector
ANY vehicle that claims to place electrical energy into water and make hydrogen or any byproduct and achieve better fuel economy is BS. While they may generate hydrogen, which is a fuel. The process is very inefficient and wastes more energy just to make hydrogen. The only way hydrogen makes sense, is if you put hydrogen that has already been created into a storage tank. i.e. the energy required to create hydrogen has come from the electrical grid (coal, wind, water, nuclear, etc.. power)
What is your role in the alternative energy industry, if i may ask?

People are commonly confusing the scamming HHO with true electrolysis.... and sadly, as you mentioned, electrolysis is far too inefficient to be a self contained mechanism.
I have, though, encountered real working H2 vehicles with electrolysis systems on board... but they must be charged, like an EV does, to supply sufficient energy. The only reason they do so, is to get around the laws and requirements associated with the storage of high pressure hydrogen gas. And just like EV's... they have a limited driving range.
About my role at SRC... I was part of a small team (under 10 people) that did the initial prototype design of the dual fueled hydrogen-gasoline GM tucks (which lead into other projects). Primarily I worked on the fuel delivery, storage, data acquisition, mechanical fabrication and practical testing.
