nope it's not, but it is easier to get power out of with it. plus you have a wider range of controllable idc's with it.

I can't see the vid at work but I will def watch it when I get home.

I wanna go to the 1320 so bad but I don't have the money. It's such a beautiful work of art and you get so much power out of it seemingly easy. Although, I'd have to learn how to tune for the thing. Seeing how I can't even tune my car now cause no HP Tuners is anywhere nearby. lol
