Thats great looking, one suggestion. Get some mirror covers to match your car's exterior color. LT,SS,SS/SC get them, but us LS owners get ugly black mirrors.

Also, how does the shorty feel compared to the stock? Lots better or just a bit. Recently I have been missing 2nd a lot because of that damn stock shifter. Figured the short throw should help. You feel that it is worth the money?

 

IMO its deffinatly worth it. Its a big difference when it comes to the short throw. Just think of it as going from 1st to neutral (stock shifter).. thats about the equivalent lengh it goes from 1st to 2nd (with the shorty).. All in the end.. I love it, the only thing I disliked about it was that you have to cut a piece of plastic off...

As for the transmission comparision, I can't to test these things. Maybe a 0-60 run, etc.

BTW: I see you have "power windows" like me also. Did you get a basic cobalt too? "power locks, windows, mirrors." As you can tell I'm being sarcastic, because I have the same thing. "Power" = manual

Sweet, so the only things diffrent from our cars are the following:

1. Paint Color
2. Rims
3. Transmission
4. Air Induction
etc.

1. you=yellow, me=blue
2. you=factory hubcaps right?, me=17" sacchi rims (chrome)
3. you=5 speed manual, me=4 speed auto
4. you=injen cai, me=k&n drop in

Should be a interesting test.

I don't really know. I just know my step-dad picked that rim set with hankook tires. set them back $1800, installed in Phoenix.

I forgot another difference.

you= oem coupe spoiler, me=SS/SC spoiler.

BTW: I still have my coupe spoiler, its sitting in the garage.
