I just bought a new '09 Cobalt SS and I want to make some mods for better performance. Naturally, I would like go to bed every night knowing that it's not possible for anything I have done to effect my warranty in any way, which means I would need to go with the GM brand parts. However, I haven't heard anything about the GM brand high performance air intake, cat-back system, or manifold. Does anyone know anything about these products?

 

Yea they don't make any gm parts yet for the 08/09 ss/tc. I have looked into it a lot. Right now I think GM is concetrating on not going out of business. They do have a hahn 3 inch exhaust that I heard sounds really good and intakes arent out yet but injen is working on it.

 

1) the intake (17800653) is for 2.2/2.4 APPs only
2) this is only listed for '08, but I am pretty sure it would fit '09. I think some peoplpe have it here, try a search
3) the exhaust manifold (19131972) is for 2.2/2.4 N/A and 2.0 Superchared APPs only
