I was just leaving for lunch today and my car was totally dead, had to call roadside to give me a jump. Pull up to the dealer after driving an hour to get there and tried to restart the car and it wouldn't even turn the radio on. Turned out the battery was DOA, they replaced it for free though. I've gotten to know my service reps pretty well in the three months I owned a GM vehicle, Frank and Nancy are real nice folks and they have free popcorn in the lobby.

 

I'm sorry that you have been having problems and I'm glad to hear they are taking care of you. Every car has its quirks and some have more problems then others. I hope you don't judge the quality of GM's products based on your experience. Every car has it's problems from time to time. Plus, seems worth it to me! Free popcorn!
