when your looking at 280WHP stock, with a GT35R added and a evolve 800hp FMIC full 3" exhaust and full 3" charge pipeing and a 5" intake
i would give the cobalt up in a heart beat!
I would say the skyline is pushing somewhere about 450-500 to the wheels, and yes the motor is built.
when i had it i did the fmic, charge pipe, and exhaust, my buddy took the gt25 out and put the gt35 in..
it sits on coilovers and on the best part its RIGHT HAND DIRVE!!!
and it was the 1st GTS-T here in nova scotia at the time, now there is 4 more.

ran into many issues like parts not showing up, still waiting on a few minor things but as of saturday while the wife is at work the car is going up on jack stands and everything comes off and the turbo is being mounted and everything ran!!
the car will be boosted for the summer, and will be in new brunswick for speed sport!!!

the only thing after market on the car when i got it was the air filter and the rims.
did you not remember when the SS S/C came out somone dynoed something like 7 of them and they were between 175WHP-235WHP? when GM states 205 HP
if i still had the dyno papers i would prove it, but i havnt had the car in a little over 2 yrs

I am not a JDM Yo type fan. I rather have a M3 any day of the year compared to a Skyline. Skylines just do nothing for me. I am sure a 132 HP 97 Dodge Neon makes you more excited then a Skyline makes me!

Yes, I was saying it's (SS/SC) rated 205bhp and it dyno's ~215whp and is a little diff than the R32 rated 212bhp and dyno's 280whp (what he said) because it was brought up that the lsj was under rated. From what I looked up nobody else is getting relatively close to his claims. And BTW no, most cars aren't under rated.

my bad, i thought he ment 280bhp. i know the GTS-T is turtle slow stock, well at least the 2 that are out here are turtle slow. I blow their doors off but i also dyno'd at 258.94whp. (323.68chp)

gentlemans agreement folks... the gtst dynos around 230-240 stock.. but they wake up wit mods... a 3 in catless tbe will net u almost 30 wheel.... an intake will do 10-15.... and u can upgrade fuel tuning and turbo and make big numbers.... the gtr makes over 300 wheel stock but is rated at 280.... u tune up boost optimize timing and do exhaust and u have mid- high 300awhp...

I have never heard of any stock Rb20 Skyline GTS dyno 230-240whp stock, most are under 200whp...i am not saying modding a GTS wont net you the #'s you are stating but STOCK...do think so.

The gentalmans agreement was for the skyline and a few other cars in Japan, capping the advertised HP rating at 280 or so, even though they produce much more, like in the case of a Skyline GTR.......dont think the GTS applyed to this particular gentalmans agreement

the rb25det which is used in the r33 models will......they make 230-240whp stock

the rb20det dyno only around 210-220whp on 95 oct. on 93 its 200-210whp....

with rb25 turbo and exhaust n fuel n tune it puts down over 300whp.... and they only tend to hold around 400-450 whp before the shitty stock cast pistons crumble..... then u can swap rb26 internals into them making them a 2.4 and u can make huge numbers wit a gt35r

plus the skylines were tuned to run on 95 or higher oct. thats were the added power is from bc the ecu has to cut back timing on 93 /91

i mix 93 and c16 in mine
