Stainless steal brake lines

can someone tell me why stainless steel brake lines give you more stopping power compared to our regular rubber lines? so ive read?

They don't give you more stopping power, they give you better brake pedal feel.

They DO expand, but much much less than the OEM rubber hose especially when it gets old. SS braided line will give you a better brake feel and response. The one problem I can see with SS braided hoses is they are prone to puncture by the SS braided wires if it is damaged or simply getting too old.

If you don't track you car, I would have them inspected at least once a year. If you track your car, I would have them inspected more often and change them out after a few years even if you see no visual damage.
