Three amigos track day v 2.0, 56k die!

What a blast today. Kritter, Doc and I hopped on over to Virginia motorsports park today in Petersburg VA, for some test and tune action. Being only the seccond day the track has been opened since the season started, we thought it would be packed today, but to our advantage, hardly anyone was there. We each got about 20+ runs down the 1/4 mile!!

Only downside was, it was about 90 degrees or so, a big difference from our last visit at the track (was about 40 deg) Our times and trap speeds suffered, about .5 sec and 5-6 mph. But either way, it was a fun day and we got some excellent track time.

My best three runs today

R/T: .072
60': 2.316
330: 6.208
1/8: 9.390
MPH: 76.53
1000 12.150
1/4: 14.458
MPH: 98.05

R/T: .088
60': 2.259
330: 6.171
1/8: 9.373
MPH: 76.05
1000 12.156
1/4: 14.488
MPH: 97.04

R/T: .169
60': 2.312
330: 6.217
1/8: 9.407
MPH: 76.33
1000 12.177
1/4:14.494
MPH: 97.59

First two pics are from Buds Creek Maryland (last week)
the rest are from today.

try and look up the manufacturer of the memory card reader, or digital camera if you are using a usb cable, and go to their website and look up driver updates.

ok, here are my best times, which all happen to be in the 14's...I think I've gotten better since last weekend, definately on my launching, and I still have no mods yet...grrrr.

2nd run
R/T-.177
60-2.406
330-6.461
1/8-9.750
MPH-74.46
1000-12.586
1/4-14.971
MPH-94.02

10th run
R/T-.063
60-2.231
330-6.254
1/8-9.593
MPH-72.95
1000-12.482
1/4-14.925
MPH-91.73

16th run
R/T-.328
60-2.344
330-6.417
1/8-9.722
MPH-73.99
1000-12.567
1/4-14.946
MPH-94.47

24th run
R/T-.321
60-2.371
330-6.391
1/8-9.666
MPH-74.82
1000-12.476
1/4-14.819
MPH-95.87

On a side note, when I didn't hit 14's, I was staying pretty consistant in maintaining a 15.0-15.1 time window, which shows at the least, I'm not getting any worse. I'm happy, we all had a blast, we're definately doing this again, many, many times.

consistent hardly describes your times today.... you and I went back and forth...you'd get the launch and I'd barely catch you.....it was fun....definately worth the money

Hey, I said i stayed consistent in the 15.0-15.1 time window, as opposed to last weekend when I went from 16-low 15's to mid 15's back to 16. Stop ruining my moment of joy

Well, that's a matter of technicalities, as I found out, since while visually, I may have won, timewise you still have me beat, but I'm sticking with visuals since those count more, and it's in my favor....

Yep, the blue is mine. Just the intake and DC strut tower brace. I've never used the K&N, but I can tell you I am 100% pleased with the Injen.
