I'm 50/50 on the rims, if they came with the car I probably would just leave them but I wouldn't go out and buy them.

Without a title in your name you're not getting that car tagged in any state that I know of. Even if you provide a bill of sale the car is also titled in your name. Without a title and matching VIN# you have no way to prove the car is yours should it be stolen. Also without a title I doubt it has a VIN# at all. No VIN, No tags, No Insurance.

Well it says right on it in plain words you can't tag the car.

They have structurally changed it without crash testing it and what not so that is probably why.

And no, some bill of sales act as ownership like a title

Thats a new one on me, but ok if you say so. Anytime you get a bill of sale from a car dealer you get a temporary title and they apply for an actual title thru the states MVA for you. Thats the little limited power of attorney paper you sign when you buy a car. It gives them authorization to on your behalf get you a proper title for the car. I'm not giving you any grief man its just I've never heard of anyone buying a car and not getting a title for it. as I said thats a new one on me, but if you say so, ok.

It's the 2005 Cobalt Open Air Coupe Concept that has GM Stage 1 kit already installed producing 241HP. It also has custom GM lips that are carbon fiber and a 5 panel panoramic glass sun roof. I also believe it has a polished m62. It's ultimately one of the best concept as far as Cobalts are concerned.

Here's a video of the test drive. Fast forward to the last 47 seconds in the video.
