k so i just talked to josk from ott\... im getting the refundable core charged pcm so it will have a tune already on it.. he said that it will need a knock relearn and security relearn.. does anyone know what this means?? will it be safe to run it without these things??? and can i fix it with a tech 2 scanner???

if its anything like the intense racing tune i used to have u will need to relearn it to even start the car. http://www.intense-racing.com/sec_relearn.shtml here is the website with instructions. they might not be the same for the ott tune but im fairly sure its the same for any mail in type of tune. hope this helps

honestly i would talk with ottperformance more. ive never used there PCMs so its basically a long shot. go ahead and give my idea a try, cant hurt anything :twothumbs
