If you knew the size of that hose you could always get a universal catch can on ebay.

change your pcv and get a catchcan or make one. there are plenty of diagrams on how to if you google it. i know on the skittle forums you can find a how to.

Be careful on which can you choose as well as the tubing you use.
If the can is restrictive on the flow or your lines collapse during vac you will cause your pcv to fail which can lead to poor crank case ventilation .
The pressure will always go to the easiest way to escape usually causing you to leak oil past your pcv.....spark plugs...and cause your valve cover gasket to leak.

Some people also place a check valve in line with the catch can...most of these check valves create too much resistance and cause this to happen.

If you do go with a check valve make sure the psi is the same as your pcv, verify this as well with your choice of catch can.

So be very picky and selective about your choices....
