New Goodies for Spring

Just ordered the new OTT heat exchanger, its massive, way bigger than my old Cobalt addiction one that I sold to Snakes709. Should help keep the IAT's down over the summer I also ordered a new SS/TC upper grill kit, it looks so much better than the 05-07 SS/SC grill. The only other appearance mod is a ARK shorty antenna that I will order soon.

Pretty much have most appearance mods done:

Debadged
Painted Supercharger
Painted Valve Cover
Painted Injector cover and Spark plug cover
Tinted windows
SSC Lowering Springs
Tinted tail lights
Cross drilled and slotted rotors
Painted calipers
2 Gauge pod
Painted headlights
Painted bowtie
Phillips Crystal vision bulbs
Repainted Rims
Supercharged Door sills
Aeroforce Scan Gauge
Front Licence plate removed, holes filled

Waiting to Install:

SS/TC upper Grill
Ark Shorty Antenna

Here is a pic of what the new Heat Exchanger will look like, once I get it on the car

Here is the old in comparision......this is way thicker, and much taller, and longer than the CA one in this pic

Won't be driving it much this summer, going to be on a course for the military for a few months. I decided to hold off on selling it, i figure I will never get the money out of it that I have put in, plus I am a car guy and modding is my hobby

But ya I will be happy with it in terms of looks after these parts are installed, tryed to keep the car tastefull with no cheesy mods or stickers, etc...I think I have accomplished my goal

Ya I am constantly touching them up with touch up paint that I keep in my dash, i usually touch it up everytime i wash my car, which is like 2-3 times a week, its a pain, but worth it over having the ugly licence plate holder

Yep you should get the whole OTT Stage kit, that includes the pcm reflash, i can flash that in for ya, as opposed to sended your pcm to them. then we can datalog their tune and make any fine adjustments from there. I have made tons of headway in the tuning side from where I was last year in terms of knowledge and understanding our pcms, so there should be no issues with that. I am gone for a military course from may til august so get a hold of me in Early april and we can get you set up.

Is this the kit you are looking at? If so its a good deal, just make sure you add the stage 2 belt for the extra $35 so you dont get belt slip with the 2.8" pulley.

ya they(OTT) send you a tune file for those mods as part of the package, i just need to flash that into your ecu with HP tuners and your set, we can than datalog to see if any small changes need to be made.

I have installed 60lb injectors on like 4 cars plus my own, i can help, its not hard, plus Zekdemos has a pulley puller you could borrow for the pulley install

I went to a hardware store and bought interior automobile panel fasteners, then I went to walmart and got gm silver metalic touchup paint for like $10 and painted them, pushed them in the holes where the licence plate holder was. you have to touch them up like once a week becuase they are plastic , and they peel off easy
