I've been trying to contact you about my problem with my dashhawk gen II for the past 2 days. Do you guys never check your e-mail or your phone messages.???

I got a Dashhawk that dosn't work..... HELP PLEASE!!!

Dosn't suprise me, they don't anwer their emails or phone messages either. But they were fast as hell in taking my money.

I ended up getting a hold of them, it took sometime and it was extremely difficult, but I did. I had to contact their supplier in Canada so they could try and contact them, after they did I finally got a reply.

I ended up contacting Ryan over at Gravana, he was very courteous and professional, which almost made up for the headache.

My dashhawk has been sent back and I'm presently awaiting a refund.

Sorry for the problems with the Dashhawk, and we have been having phone issues lately but they are being worked out as we speak.
