ok so i ordered custom seat brackets almost 3 weeks ago and i emailed them a few days ago and they said 1-2 days and ill have my tracking number. well i didnt get it. and on there site they say 8-10 days to ship. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS. im not happy with this company. what do u guys think i should do? cancel the order and find some place else to get my seat brackets made for my racing seats?

i have tried. no answers or replies. i guess i shoulda put that in there. but its kinda common sense to assume they called already dont ya think?

I had the same problem recently with a dashhawk that didn't work, I tried e-mailing and calling several times with no reply. I actually had to go through the company's supplier to get a hold of the them because I couldn't on my own. I think the people in charge of anwsering the phone messages and e-mails are disgruntled or something.

Again we apologize for the delay with your brackets, it is out of our control. As I stated in the email, it has been about 12 business days for your order. It has definitely taken a bit longer than expected, but creating estimates for entirely custom made brackets is difficult.

Let me know on your next order, I'll take care of you...

Phone system is being fixed, sorry for the problems!
