Shaking at Idle w/ 60s??

Alright I know that it is pretty common to have misfire problems or whatever with 60s. But this seems to be something else cause I don't throw any codes. I'll pull up to a light and maybe 10-20 sec after pulling up and idling. My car will start to shake quite violently for about 3-5 sec than back to normal idle. It doesn't do it every time. Just prolly 3 out of 5 stop lights. The Wideband will be hanging around 14.5-14.8 when idling normal than it will lean out and jump up to 19-22 when it starts shaking. Any ideas what this could be? Tuned by Fast98 BTW so I'm pretty sure the tune is good.

Let me guess, it only does it once it's warmed up, right?

It's the tune. Mine did the same thing until I adjusted the short pulse adders, but it's a little hard to tell for sure without a log.

I haven't really paid attention to that, but now that I think about it. I believe it is.

The rear 02 is still in. Do you have the problem or no?

even with a gm based 79lb map it still does it. the 07 OS has more check **** in it for emissions and other things than any other car. same people didn't do the 07 OS it was farmed out by someone else. another reason why we don't have trq mngmnt tables, and random freak outs here and there.

Now that you mention it, when I changed the PW adders and min PW I also copied over SJShafer's 60lb offset tables so that could be it as well.

What's the difference between 07 and other years? I had heard it had differences but haven't had time to look that much at the 07 SC I pulled the other day.

yeah brandon its just cat-over temp protection. when it starts to shake like that you can just blip the throttle and it will go away

04-06 GMPD were responsible for the calibrations, thye used some clever Lotus Engineering staff. In 07 mainstream GM Powertrain took it over, and some emissions/fuel economy/other stuff not worth imagining that none of us poor folks care about, were added to the mix. No stage 3 for 07. Gradually it becomes a whole new ballgame and thanks to some smart tuners (area47 among them) it has become possible to make the best of it, within the limited capabilities of the tuning software...
